Hi Daniel, Thanks so much for getting back to me. I'll keep trying to align the prints manually to get an optimized alignment. In this case, do I just use the RMS from point picking as the "registration error" in M3C2? I ran a couple of M3C2 tests and the data are all colored red for insig...
