I'm new to CC but would like to use it to produce heat maps of shape differences in mammal skulls. I've been able to follow instructions here https://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/index.php?title=How_to_compare_two_3D_entities
but I don't know how to set the scalar field to be the same ...
