Re: Pick rotation center
Hey,
as great as Jeds suggestion is, I would really appreciate a simple shortcut for changing the rotation center.
I've been doing a lot of work in CC recently and this would definetely help for now.
Cheers!

Re: Bad visualization points BIG Coordinates
Hey geolux,
AFAIK it's an issue with the export of PLY files generated in Agisoft. Try using the shift settings when exporting from agisoft, that should solve the issue.

Filtering by value creates gap (Poisson recon)
Hey Daniel, when using the scalar filter for segmenting a part of a mesh created by the poisson reconstruction a gap between the two segmented areas shows up. See the attached image. Filtering based on splitting or exporting both parts of the mesh creates the same gap. Is this behaviour ment to be? ...

Pick rotation center
Hey Daniel, would it be possible to add a short-cut for selecting the rotation center? It would make the navigation of pointcloud much more efficient since changing the rotation point is done quite frequently and always selecting the small icon is somewhat cumbersome. Or as an alternative, one could...

Ah, thanks for the explanation.
Anyhow, if you need large clouds for testing purposes, I'd be happy to help out.

Re: Error opening/ saving bin files in 2.8.
Hey Daniel, thanks for the follow-up. Just tried it again, imported 12 clouds (totaling app. 2,5 billion points) and it loads up fine! I'll test whether it's possible to merge these and get back to you soon. For interest sake, you mentioned there is a theoretical size limit of 2 billion points for a...
