commandLine boolean operation

Postby flaenen » Wed Nov 08, 2017 10:28 am

Hello, I saw that you propose the use of some operations in command line mode.

Do you plan, or does it exist already, to provide the commandline option for Mesh Boolean operation also ?

Thank you,

François

Nope, the command line option has not been extended for this plugin. Especially since it is built on the Cork library which is not supported by its author (and sadly it's quite buggy even though it doesn't seem that far from a stable tool...).

Ok thank you for the answer. Indeed i didnt succeed to compile cork but i tried other csg solutions like cgal but which is much much slower (around 2min when the same operation is done with success in a few seconds in CC). Do you know how I could end up with a solution to do batch processing with this operation ? (Constrain : in windows if possible :)
