Editing a surface

Post by K40555 »

Hi,

After having created a box in primitive factory, is there any way I can edit the surface, say in order to give it systematic (known) errors?

Ok, but it is possible to make a cube and edit it in a CAD environment and then import it to CC and sample points?

I know many CAD tools are able to export the primitives as triangular meshes (STL, OBJ or even PLY). You can then import this kind of meshes into CloudCompare.
