Unable to Interpolate Data with macOS.

Post by rainwalkdesign »

Hey there,

The interpolation function when rasterizing doesn't appear to be working properly on my machine (MacBook Pro w/M1 processor). Raising the "max edge length" has no effect of filling the holes unfortunately. The data I'm using are all ground points.

Here are some images from my end of the process. Any ideas or insight would be much appreciated! I am running version 2.12 beta (macOS 64-bit) of CloudCompare.

Thank you.

Ah yes, that's because CGAL is not supported in the current macOS version! Which means we can't triangulate/interpolate the grid points.

Oh I see, alright. I guess it's a waiting game then? I was able to interpolate the raster within QGIS so I'm happy. Thanks for all that you do.
