Hi,
I''am working with Cloud Compare to locate rocks falls in cliffs.
I want to register photography on data cloud but i don't find the way to do this (i need an overlay of cloud and photography in some areas). In particulary, i don't understand the use of the ICM files. Has anyone some experience of registering photography in Cloud Compare ?

thanks for your interest in CloudCompare. However, CloudCompare is not meant (yet ?) for image/cloud registration.

The ICM feature is just a way to load already registered images with a point cloud (mainly for display purposes). There's also an equivalent bridge to load results from Bundler SFM software (http://phototour.cs.washington.edu/bundler/).
