Need help to move points in pointcloud to create fairly smooth surface

Hi!
I am a total beginner with CC, and I am trying to make a surface smooth somehow. The image shows a ditch that is about 4-5 meters deep. The pointcloud is a bit distorted however, so I need to manipulate it somehow. The edges of the ditch needs to be kinda sharp (like the second, highly advance image describes), and it slopes gently from the upper red point to the lower (probably about 1.5m difference over 75m). Could anyone help me do this?
