Console -C2M_DIST seems to miss a "signed distances" flag, like GUI version has

Hello. I am trying to use C2M_DIST in console but unlike the GUI call, there seems to miss a "signed distances" flag option, so that i can disable it. Thank you.

I dear this option is currently not available in the command line mode. It would be rather easy to add for a C++ developer though.
