add retain option to SOR filtering

add retain option to SOR filtering

please add an option so that the discarded points are saved as a different cloud instead of being deleted. Checkbox in UI and something like "retain = 1/0 for command line,

I'll take a look at this, but i maybe just mark them as noise with classification.
