PTX import problem
I have problems with import of .PTX files with large coord (eg. UTM). In case one is dealing with .PTS, there is no problem, By the import I get the message about the necessity to move date closer to 0,0,0 origin togethet with suggested transformation matrix. But by importing of .PTx file i get no m...

Distance calculation issues
I would like to ask what is a main difference between the "classical" cloud-to-cloud distance computation and PluginM3C2 distance computation respectively what to understand under term"singed distance" (I guess that is the issue:))

Custom lighting
Having switched off sun light and and having changed the model to ortographic projection still cannot see point light source to work with. In tutorial it is written "sometimes the star may have position within the object itslef". I see the model lighted from downside and when doing pan mov...

Re: PTX. import possibility
Well it really seems that PTXfile does not contan direct Nx..Nz values According to Leica info: "PTX can only be used on "[[KB:132:gridded]]" clouds (directly from scans), not unordered or unified clouds. Each cloud is "fully populated", in that even missing points are repre...

PTX. import possibility
I would like to ask if there are no plans on SW development to implement PTX. file format input possibilities. Till now i load into CC only PTS. files which unfortunately do not contain information on normals.

Normals computation
I ve got pts file of point cloud without the normals vectors. In order to compute them I opt for "normals computation" - "plain-without axis preferences" and then in second step I refine the normals orientation according to "minimum spanning tree" algorithm. Is my proce...

Colour information of the mesh lost
CC is a great tool, especially after the implementation of surface poisson reconstruction plugin. When I apply this plugin I am able to implement the colour information of point cloud (RGB values) into the faces of the mesh. But when I save the reconstructed surface (mesh) as OBJ file (which is a co...
