Easy way: use CFS or CANUPO plugins in Cloud Compare available via the GUI
But this is just the point of the iceberg... to have a really precise Digital Terrain Model (bare earth) from a point Cloud (with less than 5 cm error fort instance) it's a whole world to explore!

Yes I've tried CSF plugin but I get better results selecting the minimum cell hight with ccRaterize tool.
