..You can load the data and then use the 'Edit > Multiply/scale' tool to invert the Z coordinates.

I am not sure about CC command line to calculate volume ??I have 2,000 clouds to calculate.
but the hard way but efficient is to use Windows batch file and AutoHotKey free software to automate volume calculation and saving etc ...

Use leave it empty otherwise you can get wrong results

Yes, you can edit with MS-Excel or librieCalc

If pc is in correct scale in cc, generated geotiff will be in correct scale
you may have to set CRS (utm zone) to geo tiff using gdaltraslate.exe
but if you pc is not in correct scale, in cc use edit-->multiply/scale
to scale it
or edit-->apply transformation
to shift it
