If your 2 scans are dense, I believe that there is a software or an algorithm to find volume

You can load the data and then use the 'Edit > Multiply/scale' tool to invert the Z coordinates.

I have 2,000 clouds to calculate.

I am not sure about CC command line to calculate volume ??
but the hard way but efficient is to use Windows batch file and AutoHotKey free software to automate volume calculation and saving etc ...

Use leave it empty otherwise you can get wrong results

Start with small grid then increase until shape of grid is regular and volume is stable

You mean export volume result in text or result volume as pointscloud?

Yes, you can edit with MS-Excel or librieCalc
But both are limited to 1 million rows?

You can import csv containing 4 points of plane
meshing then distance to mesh

Can cc load z value from geotff?
I always get xy and rgb but no z

If pc is in correct scale in cc, generated geotiff will be in correct scale
you may have to set CRS (utm zone) to geo tiff using gdaltraslate.exe
but if you pc is not in correct scale, in cc use edit-->multiply/scale
to scale it
or edit-->apply transformation
to shift it
