Not necessarily, I just need an exported table of all the primative meta data.

No, it's only possible programmatically.

Hi there - is there yet a solution for exporting the radius and height of the cylinders produced through Ransac in Cloud Compare?
Or further advice on how to achieve this programmatically?
Thanks

Well, in a very convoluted way, you can:
- run the Ransac plugin
- right click on the resulting group/folder item ('Ransac Detected Shapes (XXX)')
- use 'Select children by type and/or name'
- select children 'of type' Mesh (+ uncheck the 'strict' option)
- this will select all the primitives in this group
- use the 'Mesh > Sample points' method, and set a very small number of points (e.g. 10)
- this will create one cloud for each primitive, with almost the same name (which includes the radius and height)
- last, select all these clouds at once, and use 'Tools > Batch export > Export cloud info'. This will create a CSV file with one row per cloud, the first one being the cloud name (which includes the radius and height)
Else, you can add some code to the plugin itself, so as to create a nicer CSV file that would have the columns you need and that would be created right away.
