Hello,
I want to be able to calculate volume change between two time points of the same object. I have pre- and a post-recovery models that are already aligned. I would like to be able to find the deviation between pre-test (reference) and the post-recovery (target) models (i.e. color map). Then if possible, I want to find the surface area of each face AND the deviation of each face to calculate the volume. Attached is an image of point cloud data and triangular meshes. Is this possible in CloudCompare? If so, how would l do it? I can provide .obj files upon request.
Deviation and Surface Area per Face
Re: Deviation and Surface Area per Face
mmmm
scalar field from normals, split by value (SF)
compute each couple?
seems to work but its a nightmare doing that manually
